Tomato Market Update

The tomato market is elevated and prices continue to climb. Short supply with California winding down, Eastern growers and Baja Mexico growers battled heavy rain in the last few weeks. Florida has not started with any major volume, mainland Mexico just scratching the surface but rainy weather there has stunted the first harvests. Current projections are calling for a light supply situation until late December or early January.
